Welcome to Resume Builder: AI CV-Maker (the "App"), provided by BURABICA SOFTWARE LTD ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms of Use ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your use of the App, this website, and related services. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App.

By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. Subscriptions and Payments

The App may offer auto-renewable subscriptions. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings at any time. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a new period begins.

2. Use of the App

We grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on your devices, subject to these Terms and the App Store Rules. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or otherwise misuse the App. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes.

3. User Content

You are responsible for any content you create or upload within the App, including the accuracy of the information in the documents you create. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display such content as necessary to provide the Service. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Termination

You may terminate this Agreement by deleting the App from your devices and canceling your subscriptions. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.
